Viewing the Phone Events Window

From the main menu select Window - Phone Events

Terms and Concepts

The Phone Events window is used by technical support. It displays all communications received and sent to the phone service. The Error column is marked true if the corresponding event, displayed in the Event column, is an error. By default event logging is disabled.

Enabling Event Logging

Click the Enable Logging speed button so that it is in the down position or select Phone Events - Enable Logging so that it is checked.

Clearing the Log

Click the Clear Log speed button or select Phone Events - Clear Log.

Showing Errors Only

Click the Show Errors Only speed button so that it is in the down position or select Phone Events - Show Errors Only so that it is checked.

Refreshing the View

To view the most current phone events click the Refresh speed button or select Phone Events - Refresh.
