Forwarding and Redirecting Received Calls


Redirecting Calls:

When a call is received, but before it is answered click the Answer button drop-down menu and select Redirect Call. Enter the number where the call is to be redirected and click OK. (If the selection does not appear it is because the phone service does not support redirected call).

Forwarding Calls:

Click Options - Forward Calls to display the Forward Call dialog box.

Check Turn on Call Forwarding to enable call forwarding. Enter the number to forward to and the time to delay before the call is forwarded. When the call is received a dialog box will display allowing the call forward to be cancelled or enabled before the time is up. Check Remember these settings the next time CTILink runs if you want call forwarding enabled the next time CTILink runs.
