When a call is received, but before it is answered click the button drop-down menu and select . Enter the number where the call is to be redirected and click . (If the selection does not appear it is because the phone service does not support redirected call).
Click to display the Forward Call dialog box.

Check to enable call forwarding. Enter the number to forward to and the time to delay before the call is forwarded. When the call is received a dialog box will display allowing the call forward to be cancelled or enabled before the time is up. Check if you want call forwarding enabled the next time CTILink runs.
