Setting Up and Using Tigerpaw
Software
- In CTILink click
to display the Tigerpaw Software Properties dialog.
- Check the check box.
- In the
call group box click if you want Tigerpaw to automatically change to the contact record
when an incoming call is received. Otherwise, click . When a call arrives, the button will be enabled in CTILink and clicking on it will cause
Tigerpaw to change to the contact's page.
- In the group box check the check box to allow dismissing of the Tigerpaw "Click OK to hangup
the phone" dialog without actually hanging up. This will enable access to
Tigerpaw while the call is in progress. To end the call, just hang up or click
the button in CTILink.
- In the group box select the radio button that matches the
correct version of Tigerpaw or select .
- Use the edit box to simulate an inbound phone call
"screen pop".
